Designing the blueprint for a sustainable business

Which companies do you think have really adopted sustainability and could provide a roadmap for others? ....I am not talking about the companies who say they are green or sustainable but rather those who have genuinely incorporated sustainability into their business decisions / redefined business and governance models / fully engage stakeholders and actively disclose their performance.
